Red Flags and the significance of the "No Lubricant Clause"

Yes I know that is a blatant rip off of Arlo Guthrie but I love his music and that particular song "The Motorcyle Song" always makes me laugh, at any rate just as he had the significance of the pickle I will try to explain the significance of the "No Lubricant Clause". In todays messed up rising price and plummeting employment economy thank you George Bush and Barrack Obama, their are suddenly millions of people that are unemployed. Now the current president has decided to cut off the extensions on peoples unemployment due to the massive drain it is placing on the governments coffers. So all these people are swarming the internet and trying to find ways to make a few bucks, then you run into the shark tank of bogus opportunities that all have a common theme to them. Hidden somewhere within these particular types of web sites you will find hidden the "No Lubricant Clause", what this is most times they will promise you the moon and the stars for one dollar seems like a fantastic deal so you use your Pay Pal or your credit card or whatever the case may be and the next time you see your statement you will see not only your one dollar payment but usually within a week to ten days you will see say a fifty dollar payment to the same place and if you dont go cancel that particular membership they will take that same larger payment monthly. How do they do this? is this Illegal? no you have been dry boned by the "No Lubricant Clause" hidden away in the small print usually in the terms of use you will see where you agreeded to this, why do people do this to other people simple desperate times lead to desperate measures.
